French flair to-go with Longchamp

Très chic – and made for everyday life. Longchamp bags and accessories embody classic French style while being wonderfully practical. Often imitated, never matched – the greatest classic from Maison Longchamp, the Le Pliage bag, was launched in 1993. Designed by Philippe Cassegrain, son of the founder, it quickly became a global bestseller. What brought worldwide fame to a simple nylon bag with leather handles and a small flap? Alongside its minimalist and elegant appearance, it impressed with versatility. Thanks to a smart press-stud system, this Longchamp bag folds neatly into a compact square. In addition to handbag-sized models, Longchamp also offers travel-ready versions. These are longer in shape and hold between 35 and 50 litres. Various editions provide plenty of variety: the Le Pliage Néo line includes a detachable shoulder strap, while the Cuir models are made of leather – even these leather bags can be folded. Over time, the Le Pliage series has expanded to include backpacks, wallets, cabin trolleys, toiletry bags and other styles such as briefcases.
